Game was great but too short! Not worth the price.
Was this game a demo or something? I got about 5 hours of playtime out of it. The moment the plot started to do something it ended. Why did it end so suddenly and why was it so short? Great game but not worth 10 dollars because of game length.

A movie runs me about a couple hours at most and is the same price. Sounds like you got a good deal

By that standard we should be paying hundreds of dollars for games. You should work for activision with that mentality.

Netflix costs me under 10 bucks a month for hundreds of hours if I so choose. Don't compare apples to oranges.

Are you a ♥♥♥♥♥♥?
It's an Indie Game, that means Play Time is limited from the beginning thanks to limited budget, also if they would've spread the game more it could be absoloutly possible that it would be boring or whatever. Just too long.
So, 5 hours is fairly okay in my opinion, I know some Games, (beginning with C) I've payed 60 bucks for and played through the single player in 3 hours...

Did you get all of the endings?
JayXan Dec 14, 2012 @ 12:10pm
no, im going to go back and get the rest of the endings. Doubt it'll be too much more playtime though unfortunately :(

How much time did you log, just out of curiosity? It says the time in the game->session menu. I think players usually run somewhere 6-12 hours in their first playthrough. For me, that's exactly the kind of length I want out of a game (actually maybe even on the long side) but of course, I'm biased :)

Would you feel like you got better value if there was a New Game+ mode or something? Anyway, thanks for your feedback!

I think the length is just fine. Grinding for hours just for the sake of a total hours played target is annoying.

$10 for 10-12hrs is excellent. A movie over here is $12 for 1-2hrs so this game has a much better bang for my buck!

I've played plenty of games over the years that ended in 8 hours that cost six times this much. People are getting spoiled.

I think the game, as it was was awesome. Dont think a new game + would add much as there wasnt a lot of collectibles to gather. All it needs is more stages honestly. I mean at the current content it seems like all you'd need to do is add more places to go. In all honesty I think it was just too sudden thats why I felt like huh? what happened? For instance you get your next jetpack and 2 stages later the game is over. Or you do that huge thing that happens to mars and the game is over. - When it comes to my playtime, click my profile it says it right there :)~

Jas yes there are expensive games that give 8 hours playtime and there are a hell of a lot of FREE flash games that give just as many hours of playtime. I think clumping this in to the flash game category is appropriate because it could have been developed in flash. Whatever the case I hope your sequel is longer, has more powerups, and ties off the current story tighter.

£40 for 6 hours in Black ops 2 single player... That's what? 6-7 times worse.

bad comparison. This game isnt built around multiplayer with single player thrown in to appease the select few.

If I return to the base camp the game ends? Because I've got 5 hours played and reached base camp and Liang "didn't" want to return until I discover all the secrets. So, I want to know if I can go to base camp without losing everything or something like that.
geminiradio  [developer] Dec 14, 2012 @ 6:20pm
Yup, you can go to Base Camp. If you wait there for 8 months of real game time, hopefully the GSA will come pick you up.
Even I'm not sure yet, because the game has only been in existence for a little over 9 months, but I haven't been playing that whole time.
Optionally, you can ... well, you'll see. :)
