Farming Expert

I really like this game but now and a again there is something frustrating that comes up.
The farming expert research piece given by Lora requires you to hand in 4 female (black) versions of animals. That's all well and good if they were all female. I ended up with a Rooster and a Bull which I cannot hand in to Lora to complete the research.
Has this happened to anyone else? Can anyone (Devs?) shed any light on it please?

Thanks for answer.....but I am a tech noob and don't understand what a file reading is or how to do it, or how to refresh something.

It's exactly the same.
It happened with a cow reward.
The reward is shown as a cow（♀）, but the recipient is a bull（♂）.
I submitted it without realizing.
So the research is not completed.
