Ship Building Issue

So I am exploring some of the ship building stuff and I found an issue with certain parts not being clipped correctly. I build a large ship with a second deck of sorts. Was going to turn the thing into a moving fort. It had appeared to work until I went to move and some of the second floor plus the roof just stayed in place. When I go to reset in the dock, it will push my character out of the way.

ships are massively unfinished content. i highly advise to not bother with them for now.
