Knight Commander´s Sword: Light is possible to make Excellent ?

When you destroy 3rd cave boss at the castle, you get Shining Water and Knight Commander´s Sword. From this, you can forge Knight Commander´s Sword: Light since you can Disassemble and get original materials and reforge until you get an Excellence-grade weapon.

I was somehow unlucky as I was reforging half an hour but in the end, I finally got it to an excellent grade. I just wanted to post it here in case anyone wondered if it is possible.

posting this just for 1 item is kind of redundant as there is a universal rule for these : every single craftable item that has a quality rateing can get exellent. every single boss or enemy drop that has a quality rateing can get excellent aswell.
