Upgrade weapons

How do you upgrade weapons?

The only items I've been able to upgrade are those I did not create. So far it's only the weapons dropped by the monsters in the Night of the Dead.. those and also sometimes world based monsters also drop rare weapons.

Odd though i think most all weapons, unsure if this is also with the ones I create but many if not all the others have a "0-X" where it says upgrades available.. so it makes it appear that all items not just weapons have 'x' amt of upgrades available.. maybe these upgrades can occur once you've upgraded the anvil to a higher level.

You need an Anvil to to upgrade your gear which will require mats. The rarity of an items will play a factor on the types of mats you will need. Upgrading using Anvil will also have a failure chance which consumes the mats. Also, some items can be upgraded 4 times or 5 times again depending on the rarity.... Another way of upgrading with ZERO mats PLUS 100% success rate is to kill the Main bosses for its Magic Anvil scroll. However, from experience only one of this scroll drops from a single boss. There is also an NPC the roams the desert area carrying a huge backpack. If you kill him he will drop random rare items including the Magic Anvil scroll.

Also, put the weapons to your bag first, then put into anvil. you can't put them from your hotbar to anvil. At least that's my experience.

i dont know if its a bug but u can upgrade a Lv. 10 waepons with magic anvil , my lucent sword is grade 10 , thats the max Lv i cant upgrade it

Yes, I forgot to mention with Magic Anvil you can reach the max 10 upgrade. Thanks for pointing that out.

Lucent Blueprints are scattered all over the ocean behind the Witche's Forest. They are fairly deep down so make sure you use your Fairy's skill "DASH". Majority of those blueprints are sitting on a pedestal surrounded by roots.
