Lucent weapons

Anyone know how to unlock the Lucent weapons? Who do i have to kill?

That being said I've spent the last half hour running around in the water and swimming around in the ocean and have yet to find it.
Any chance you could be more specific please?

Dive down and search around the large roots that extend halfway out into the water. You'll find the blueprints spread out at the very bottom. If your fairy is upgraded enough, you can use her Dash ability underwater to replenish your oxygen, letting you stay submerged longer to reach them.

Awesome... good luck getting the shinny scales you need ro make them. I had to farm snakes for 2 days

FYI if you upgrade your gear/weapons via the anvil they max at lvl 4 where as if you use a magic anvil from your hotbar you can get things to lvl 10 & it doesn't use materials to upgrade. Just farm bosses for he magic anvils.

Can i repeat killing main bosses ? or it meant bosses over the map like elite monsters?

No they drop different things.... Lucent weapons require blueprints and you cant only get scales from snakes so far.
