I can't connect to my city after disconnecting

I can't connect to my city after disconnecting , a message appear : connection to the village failed , i tied to instal the game again , but nothing changed . i find the same probem in my many steam accounts . i created other towns but i couldn't enter to them . if i do a new steam account , i can only play the first time , and if i disconnect , i find the same problem . please help me .

Are you still having an issue loading into your town?
