Freds - Market Trading quest.

Quest says go to nearest large town with Live Stock to sell and gold in it.

After going to the nestest town and even going into the castle talking to every NPC and training my hero couple times selling few items i brought i can complete it even sitting in world map and trying all the icons buying and selling stuff doesnt complete what the quest says?

Hi there 420,
After you purchase the items for this quest and transfer them back into your home city from the army, your Hero will need to talk to fred at the Town hall for the quest to complete.

Its not working. How do i complete that quest? i made an "Army" with live stock and gold in it.. 'walked' to nearest large town that the quest 'hint showed me' and when then clicked the icon to 'sell my live stock'
