Sorry, I don't think that's going to work. I'm by no means an expert myself, and I don't know how much wiggle room (if any) is available with the minimum requirements, but here's what I found:
First of all, your processor is dual core 1.3GHz, the minimum requirements state that you'd need a dual core with 2.0GHz, so simple math would tell us that you're 0.7 GHz short.
In other words, your processor has only 2/3 of the minimum GHz.
An even bigger problem, I think, is your graphics card. It's just... not even close.
So I'm sorry, but no, from my (amateur) opinion, your laptop doesn't seem to be made to handle anything like this at all.
