Which is better?

Patrician IV, Rise of venice or Portal royale?

I'm a enthusiast of strategy games, have played a quit some, but haven't tried any entirely about trading yet, so give your comments.

By the way, I like complex and deep things, if this is a trade game, I would expect to have a good and deep economical system.

Fans will say Patrician 3 & Portal Royale 2 are the best.

I have over 100hours in Patrician 3, i like it more then the new one.

Jalabhar is correct. Port Royale 3, and Patrician IV are worse than their previous versions.

Thanks guys, I should've wait a little longer before purchase the game.
I'll give a fair chance to Port royale 2, just don't know when, since my internet is EXTREMELY slow atm. (the company doesn't want to increase the speed, don't ask me why)

Patrician 3 was simply the better.It had many political and strategic options that in Port Royal 3/4,Patrician 4 and Rise of Venice were absent.Can't be organized trading expeditions on Hansa,don't be able build new cities,you can't attack city via land (except Pirates Cove) and,in case of RoV,galleys don't have the importance they had in Mediterranean (Vessel and Frigates in '400 ???).Also from historical point of view the game isn't accurated.
