Hi, my game won't start and a message appears saying; "An exception 0xC0000005 occured in ACWIN.EXE at EIP = 0x6A572B09 ; program pointer is - 188, ACI version 3.21.1115, gtags (0,0)

AGS cannot continue, this exception was fatal. Please note down the numbers above, remember what you were doing at the time and post the details on the AGS Technical Forum.

Most versions of Windows allow you to press Ctrl+C now to copy this entire message to the clipboard for easy reporting.

What am I supposed to do here?

If you go to your Steam apps directory for Primordia, there's a program called winsetup.exe that lets you change graphics modes. Some things we can try:

(1) Change from Direct3D mode to DirectDraw mode (or vice versa, depending on which you currently have).

(2) Change to Windowed mode.

(3) Turn off the various filters/anti-aliasing if you have any of them on.

Let's try that as a first pass and see how it goes?

You could try to verify your installation via Steam.
Edit: Did you not just ask almost the same in the LISA Forum? :D (It's the only forum I'm watching activly.) What's wrong with your PC?

To wcc: yeah, havinng a problem with that game aswell, altho nnot the same issue ;p it wonn't come up anything on the scrrenn for me on that game.

To Mark Y.: Tried the suggestions there, didn't work at all tho.
