There is also a fairly popular mod for (G)ZDoom that allows you to play a decent emulation of Wolf3D. The engine internals of the Doom and Wolf engine are drastically different, so while it may look strikingly similar, the game play is all that close. If you go to the screenshots section here a lot of the screenshots are from this or NewWolf.
Foregoing the OpenGL requirement there is my source port which does support high resolution textures, but there's no pack available for it. This can be found at http://maniacsvault.net/ecwolf/
