Wont start
Everytime i try to launch the game is says, something along the lines of "DosBox emulator has stopped working" The same thing happened with old games like DOOM and the such, ive figured out fixes for those, but need help with this. Any ideas?

Mine crashes to desktop as well, and it's really idiotic that I need a workaround just to run it when other dosbox games like Duke Nukem work fine.

  • Open local files (right click->properties->local files->browse local files...)
  • Open file base/wolf3d.conf with notepad
  • Change output=ddraw to output=overlay
  • Save changes and start game as usual with Steam

Yes, stuff like that should be properly done by publisher/developer. Best is to write a negative recommandation with a warning, that it is not working out of the box and only remove it when the problem is fixed.
