Macenwolf
Since nowadays most people seem to use sourceports of the classic game, like ECWolf and others, I feel like it's appropriate to open a Discussion on another sourceport called Macenwolf. I've beaten all of Wolfenstein 3D on ECWolf and felt like exploring further gameplay possibilities in this awesome game, like custom maps, mods and different ports (I'll eventually make my way to playing it on DOS too, I hope). Anyways, Macenwolf is described as it follows.

Brief:
"A port of Mac Wolfenstein 3D, using Wolf4SDL, as well as a base for future ports of Macintosh based mods. The project aims to eventually bring the entire Mac mod catalogue to Windows users while trying to capture the overall Mac version including details, bugs and glitches required for mods."

Questions (skip if you are new to Macenwolf)
I myself am not that familiar with ports, let alone this particular one, and as I was basically a toddler at the time Mac had this game, I have a couple of questions for those more apt in the field (older and wiser folk):
1) I read that there are no options to play the different Encounters in the same launcher on Macenwolf, because of limitations - I'm fine with that, I suppose, but I can't find The First Encounter anywhere - really weird. Is it this:

2) Is there a way to get Steam to display that I'm running Wolfenstein 3D, while I'm playing Macenwolf.

And that's it...
Have fun exploring goobers!

Postscript:
If this thread becomes active I can take on making a good Q&A about this port, with questions and answers from this Discussion, as such cannot be found anywhere on the internet.
