um hey guys i would like to make some game play videos on wolfenstein 3d but every time i try to start to record my obs is is mess up and i can't reclick the game it gose into a very some windows if anying of you can help me please let me know.

You will have to install an older version of Windows for that to work properly.
However since you get practically no views, that trouble is not worth it.
What you can do is record the video "Year 2005" style. Get out your Nokia Brick with that crappy 144p. camera and start recording your computer screen. Make sure to record vertically as well, people love that. Make sure to also have a seizure mid-game so the camera shakes as much as possible, and make sure to say "Uhm... yeah... so... ahhh..." as much as you can. Oh, and make sure to sit next to an engine of a running IL-42 Sturmovik, so people can get that genuine 2005 Microphone experience.
With my advice you will be getting millions of subscribers every day. People will name their children after you and you will be thanking me.

Why are people willingly taking Windows 10 on their PCs? Why break something that works fine with Windows 7?

Use a screen capture software. There are many out there and one you can resize the window of capture is pretty important for older games that run very low resolutions. This game runs in DOSbox so the same window rules apply. Alt + Enter to full screen as example.
