Ms. Splosion Man zip line?

I don't know if it's a bug or I'm just not getting something, but has anyone successfully done the zip line on the Ms. Splosion Man table? I've tried dozens of times, literally, and haven't hit it once.

When the zip line is active, I assume to simply press the A button on the X360 controller (launch button) when the ball is coming down the ramp near the zip line, but it always rolls past and the readout says "Bad Luck" or something like that.

Has anyone landed this?

I think you have to hit the launch button when the ball is right under it. I'm getting it every single time.

i have done it several times, when it is rolling across the wire rail after shooting in the robots mouth there is a faint pink circle press launch on the pink circle ;)

Thanks for the replies. I just scored over 315mil on this table, and haven't once nailed the zip line. I'm not seeing a faint pink cirle.

Oh well, I'll get it at some point, and then it will be easy.

I think the circle is pale blue actually (it's whatever color the zipline is). I don't think I've missed it yet actually, the timing is pretty easy. Now starting it is another story, since I instinctively hit the Mighty Eternal Ramp getting the treadmills, multipliers, or just whenever. >.<

The circles blue. Took me ages to realize how to do this, and I still miss a bunch, the ball jumps up in the air and fails to catch the zip line :/

I read the guide and still can't get it to work. Am I supposed to hit launch before or after the ball goes into the robot mouth?

you have to wait about a second after shooting in the mouth you really have to keep an eye on the ball as it rolls down the wire ill see if i can find a video somewhere

The ball rolls down the rail coming out of the treadmill lighting shot. You hit launch when it passes under the zip line; there's a circle that appears to mark the right area for you.

Its crazy the first two games i ever played i got it since then not once its pretty important has i think you can win an extra ball.

I finally did it! (5 times in one game in fact!) I switched the mode from 1w to 3 and in 3 the blue circle is easy to see and it's easier to time the button press. Good luck all!

Did it also in view 1w. The circle is hard to see, but it looks to be about 1 inch to the right of the zip line. Much easier to see in view 3.

Thanks for the tips, I'd managed to do it a few times but mainly though guesswork!
