Star Wars Empire Strikes Back table - scene 6 question

In the last scene before wizard mode (scene 6) there's a part in which you duel with Darth Vader and your goal is to hit the spinners to make the percentage from 50% to 100%, the number goes down if you fail to do so and eventually you will fail the scene if number goes too low.

So my question is whether jedi training helps with this particular scene as I've now reached scene 6 few times but always failed at the duel part because the percentage seems to go down very, very quickly. And even though I managed to hit the spinners few times in row without missing I couldn't get the number to 100%. I had level 1 jedi training at that point so was just wondering whether that could be a factor.

So, does jedi training level affect the duel in scene 6?

The training doesn't affect this as far as I know, but I could be wrong.

And yes, that is probably the most difficult single section of the game. It took me many tries to get past that. Part of the problem, in my opinion, is the spinners don't always seem to register fully if they're still spinning from the last hit when you hit them again.

I wish I had more to add, but others will probably have more to say. I'll just leave you with this: You're extremely close. Don't give up! Not many players have gotten the 'Family Relations' achievement - keep at it, and you'll get it!

Thanks for the reply. Played the table for a while and this time tested this by getting jedi training to level 4. When I got to the duel part I didn't really notice a difference so I guess you are correct :)

Unfortunately for me I still can't get past that part, by far the most unforgiving part in the game in my opinion. Hopefully I'll manage to get past that part someday even though after trying out that particular checkpoint around 50 times or so it starts to get a bit annoying :P
