Report a translation problem
TL;DR: This behavior might be by design. Eventually the boss will show up, but that might take as much as 20, 30 turns, and it might not be related to the cards at all
Hmm, yes, perhaps it was just taking too long. I beat it, but I did change my deck (and took the Boss card out).
I thought it was an interesting thing to happen, since the Boss card was unique, so there should be only one at play at any given time.
