Rotate Camera button stopped working.

I am using Windows 10 Laptop and Asus mouse with no additional mouse software added. Since a few days pressing and holding the middle button does not rotate the camera.

I am pretty sure that it worked before.

Any suggestions where to look for what is causing this? I checked the controls section and noticed that there are WSAD camera controls in the world map, but pressing them doesn't seem to work either.

D appears to just show some statistics instead of moving the camera.

Any suggestions what to look for or try?
