manual in pdf format?

I don't own the game so maybe I have no right to speak. But as I checked to so called manual I was referred to http://galciv3.gamepedia.com. Where I am bombarded by in-browser info to play some kind of game with alot of boobs, have a popup over the text to press me into playing this or that. To me it is very annoying to read up on a game like galciv 3 while trying to ignore flashy obnoxious commercial ads. Kinda breaks the immersion. just my 2 cents.

look closely. there are 2 links to the manual on the store page right next to eachother.

one goes to the pdf manual
one goes to the wiki

and ye curse sites sometimes have funny adds

For the future - This is almost always the case for games on Steam. PDF manuals right on the store page. Even if you don't own the game yet. :)
