Manual for Crusade expansion?

Rather than try to glean all the info we can from forum posts and devblogs, is there a manual out there somewhere which is geared towards GalCiv 3 with all the major expansions? So many core features of the game have been changed so much that I feel a new manual is in order.

whats really missing is exact descriptions of citizen promotions, I would have never promoted to admiral if I knew I lose the speed and logistics.

You could try one of the two seemingly "official" wikis. Neither seemed to be very active last I looked (which was soe time ago), so unless the devs themselves are keeping them (or one of them) updated they might not be terribly useful.

Honestly at this point, if we had a manual it would be complete out of date and full of wrong information in less than a month at the rate things are being adjusted. What we really need are tool tips that arne't just prewriten text blocks that will also be wrong next month, but check the defs/databases and report what the thing they are attached to actually does in the current implementation. But that's a lot of work to set up, so don't hold your breath for it happening this expansion.

I have not even noticed any updates to the info in the GC3 Wiki for the changes due to Crusade.
