Not it doesnt.
It just gives you two difference power sources.
For example:
My necromancer life stealth and my shadowborn are both responsible for the lifesteal on my melee troops.
But the damage remains 5-10 lifesteal.
We are looking into Life Stealing & Life Drain at the moment, so keep an eye out for the patch notes for our next patch.
Any form of stacking in these types of abilities - i.e. get x back when doing y - can easily spiral out of control when min-max'ing.
Not sure if any changes are needed here, but the balance team is having a look at this for the next patch.
That should be available in the next patch.
