What's with the goblets?
Why are they goblets over the heads stuff? My hero has a goblet of his head, and sometimes buildings or other units do. And not others.

Anyone know why?

It happens in the campaign since they stick the must survive quest on them.

Must survive? Oh, like my hero. But then, why do buildings have it, too? Some random gold mine will have a goblet floating over it. Does that mean I can't lose that building?

Goblets are placed above quest objects. You can select such object and see what the quest is by clicking on an appearing round icon in the upper left corner.
Or you can view all your current quests and their objectives in a tab in the kingdom overview (upper left corner).
