I cannot login to Triumph account

Apologise for spamming here but I can't login into Triumph account so cant write on forum.
To the point:
I had to restore my system (it was 4,5 years old) and I lost access to the game. I didn't remember my password so I resetted it. And problem starts here, password sent to me doesn't work.
What to do now?

It works now, seems like logging in with email doesn't work (although it says "email or username")

f...................ck, I lost my campaign progress, good bye achievements, I won't start it over once more, why games don't use their own folders to write savegames anymore?

The game never deletes save games or leaders automatically.

Did you previously use a different triumph account or guest-account? The save games and leaders are saved per account and you need to logon with right one.

Please check the subdirs for your saves here:
C:\Users\you\Documents\My Games\AoW3\Profiles
