Rod of Lightning Charge

This item is a duplicate of existing sorcerer wand. Perhaps give this item a +3 lightning damage ay?

Problem is those items are stashed as "usables" which means it isn't something you equip like a shield. It means that getting 17+ ranged shock damage is really easy for a Sorcerer hero, and that is too strong.

Then at the very least it should be changed from a Legendary item to an Uncommon or Strong item. As it stands it's a completely useless item if you are a Sorcerer, even if you aren't a Sorcerer it isn't that great.

IMO, bump it down to Strong/Uncommon or give it some other niche. Maybe give it farther range or it stays effective even at long range? That way it's better than the Sorcerer Wand so you'd use it if you found it.

Its bumped down to strong, but the problem is that it is a duplicate item. Two different names same result... wtf?

Yeah, that's why I agree it needs some sort of bonus or something to not only differientiate but make it useful. Right now it's a completely pointless item to get from a drop, even if you aren't a Sorcerer it's only mildly useful. If it provided some sort of bonus or had something more to it, then I wouldn't complain haha.

IMO, can't you just kill the Shock item, and put Fire/Frost/Blight versions down to Common to be on the same level as Spirit/Shock?

Ya Know..... if the wand of lightning charge fired shock darts that dealt 2 physical and 6 shock damage and had the same properties as the mosquito darts....
