Could Not Login: Unknown error online offline features are supported?!?!?!

When I try and host a multiplayer game or even click on the multiplayer button this error message pops up on the upper left. What the hell? Anyone have this happen to them?

Servers are up, just experiencing heavy load. It's already getting better as we've added capacity.

Thanks for the quick update Godwin, glad to hear that there's enough people playing to tax the server (bigger serve plz :3? ). To confirm I am getting this error because the servers are full, this is an error other people get, and I should just keep at it until it works?

To give you an idea I've been pressing the online button for 25 minutes, so if this error is not related I'd like to know!

ah seems to be fixed but now I get a our servers cannot establish a connection to your computer error. Also noticed I have to Ctrl + Alt + delete to close AOW3 as when I click quit it seems to stay open somewhere and cannot open it again as steam says its open.

Okay disabled my firewall and that seemed to fix it just in case anyone has same problem

Yeah I am getting Configuration Error, Our servers cannot establish a connection to your computer. Please check your firewall and/or manually open ports on your router.

It isnt the firewall, i turned it off still cant connect, and i dont use a router just a modem. there is a difference right? :P

Try again mine seems to work okay now even with firewall. Might be server load

I am still getting the exact same error I've been getting since 9:30am. I've restarted my machine, router, and steam. I've turned off my firewall as well, even checked ports. I still get "Could Not Login: Unknown error online offline features are supported" every time I click multiplayer.

Did you succesfully link your steam account with Triumph?

Yes I did Godwin. It displays that I am logged in with my triumph account at the upper right hand corner. When I go to Register Key / DLC / Account settings on the launcher it tells me the following -- Activated linked to steam account Registerted products age of wonders 3 and pre-order package.

Also of note when I open the game it tells me "Signing in as (name here)" and takes me to the loggin title. However still the same error for the past hour. "Could not log in: Unknown error -- only offline features are supported.

I am unable to login as well. Keeps telling me could not connect to the server. Then gives me the offline mode option :\

The same problem so far. Registred, connected account to steam, activated everything. Then logging in, have my name on the left corner of the menu, but getting error: "Could not log in: Unknown error -- only offline features are supported"
