Tree Crusher and Flying no 3 point move no more

I got Tree Crusher on my Dreadnought Leader with Flying mount and it seems I can't move through dense vegetation for 3 move points any more.
Is this normal?
Is there any way to change it? I'm regretting the 10 points now...

OMG is this true? I found an old 2014 thread about this Tree Crusher - Flying bug :

Could you please send a Video? Tree Crusher costs 4 MP in my tests ((Zuggernaut without Free Movement, Hero without Free Movement or even with Flying Mount)

Yeah, I'm sorry, I tested it afterwards and it does cost 4 mp.
Still not 3 as proper flight though.
I'm still regretting it, then again Dreadnought has very bad skills at high levels anyway...
