Razing a watchtower quest

I am very new to the game, so I am still learning the minutia of certain aspects.

I need help please.

I have received a quest to raze a nearby watchtower... I went to the watchtower and found it to be empty (no enemies to kill) and I am now trying to figure out how to actually raze the tower so I can complete the quest.

I tried to find info in my Tome of Wonders and only found info for how to raze a city...

Tried to find the answer in other forum threads and thoroughly searched all my HUD tabs etc., but can't find a way to "attack" or raze this empty structure.

Do I need a certain unit such as builder to do this?

What, exactly, do I need to do to complete this quest (raze the watchtower)?

When you click on a watchtower, there will be a button to raze it in the UI at the top. It'll be grayed out unless you have control of it (and maybe a unit on it? Not sure). Clicking the button will raze it instantly.

Send an army onto the watchtower's tile, you should get a red icon in the building's tab (at the top) to raze it.

I was just thinking I should go back in the game and move my troops out of the tower and left click the tower to see if that would give me the prompt i needed.

If your troops are on top of something, and the first click selects the troops, you can click again to get the thing under them (same goes the other way).
