Am i missing something?

See in the store page i see the typical scenes with many varied monsters and i assume these are player monsters. However after playing through twice now i only have a tiny blobby blue monster.

Is there a menu or something i havent seen and should be using to evolve him or something?

Yes, almost as if the devs will fix the problem if enough people have it, but nah you're right it's probably something psychological.

I didn't realize that it was a problem, but yeah, that tiny blue guy is my character as well.

It actually took me most of my playthrough before I realized that it was actually me...

Yep, I am an Elder now and I am still that tiny blue dude. Mine looks exactly like the ones posted.

Same here, I've played through a few times and my monster is always the tiny blue one all the way through.

Ha nah explanation guys, if you recall i wasn't sure if i was missing a seperate menu to evolve. At least other people having the same issue and posting about it makes the issue more visible than just that one guy and low-priority investigation level. :)

I'm having the same problem, also only the latest ending medal is shown in start screen.

Edit: After playing some more i notice that i always get the "Your monster is kind" event when it grows to adulthood, even though I have 100 in bravery and only 30ish in kindness.

Oh yeah i see that now only the last game ending is shown. Hadn't noticed that.

I think a LOT of the adventure system is broken. As mentioned in the thread I made, on my second playthrough I produced almost the exact same results which, stastically, is pretty damn improbable if there are supposed to be over 900+choices.

On another playthrough where I specifically tried for bravery/ferocity, it also tested me on kindness and so did my elder test.

Something is definitely not working right. Seems like they launched this pre-emptively.

I'm wondering how much the game choices will change how you appear visually...for example, one of my very first decisions resulted in me losing my legs...but lo and behold...my character still had legs.

I'm also wondering how much your choices affect *anything*. Adventure wise, say during stage 3, I made choices but then in another choice during the same stage, a monster I previously beat within an inch of its life, was suddenly my best friend who I was supposed to rescue from some grave peril.

So...either the writing is off, or the system is. I'm hoping for the system.

edit- additionally, I'm now seeing; like everyone else, only the last 'ending badge' whereas yetsterday I could see both.
