game sucks. never playing it again. didnt bother to beat the story... its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bad. have you seen the multiplayer graphics? and its 5v5? nothing compare to lp2. i play the game because im a fan boy of monster hunter. now that lp3 became a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. every enemy requires no thinking there are no mechanics to any huge monsters unlike lp2. very linear. boss fights arnt even boss fights. same repeated attack mechanics and loops between 3-4 attacks.. no VS mechs no transformable mechs just one and it doesnt even have a weapon on it. theres no life bar... thermal energy became a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ currency in the game. you can never die in this game no matter how much you get hit...if you did die.. jeez idk you're bad. only 5-7weapons in the game..and the guns that are worth using? 3 of em or more likely 2... the ones you start out with.and your hooks only can hook on certain things you cant even freestyle that ♥♥♥♥ anymore like lp2 where u can hang off anything and shoot while hanging. graphics are also horrible. its been downgraded... character customization went from many to none.and melee? knock back? what the ♥♥♥♥ happened to the awesome ninja sword in lp2 that everyone spend forever to unlock? what happen to giving us so much content locked so it can motivate us to play it to unlock it?i actually went out and bought lp1 AND lp2 FOR PC because i raged so much on lp3.

Seems like you really didn't like the game, which is understandable. However, I think the main problem you had was that it's not like Lost Planet 2 or 1. If you watched any videos on the game, or checked out the previews or reviews that sites like IGN or Polygon put out, you'd probably have known that. It's not the same game as those two, and it's not supposed to be. It's like saying, "Why isn't Metroid Prime in 2D like the original?" It wasn't supposed to be more of the same Metroid goodness that started the series, but rather an attempt at doing something different, which was really excellent. Anyway, like I said, your opinion is a valid one.

As a side-note, you shouldn't curse. Besides the fact that it's vulgar, with Valve's censorship on, it makes it more difficult to understand your post.

I never played 1, I tryed the demo of 2 and thought it was pretty crap, extremly annoying game, especially how it was time based, not fun at all.
