Report a translation problem
There's normally a few things that can cause this.
If you're using a controller, make sure that nothing is leaning on the analogue sticks when you connect it / start the game.
Also, some other devices can be detected as a game pad and cause spinning in games if it's connected (like if you have a Steering Wheel, Flightstick or Foot Pedals).
An easy way to find what is really causing it is while in game, with the camera spinning, disconnect any USB connections one at a time from your PC unil it stops spinning, that's where you can track down what's causing it.
