Rotating arm problem

Starting game, everything is fine and then i have to rotate arm of my robot with (w,a,s,d), pressing everything and nothing happens... Can anyone help me?

The game is lying to you. You need to keep tapping F to turn it.

Yes. I was facing the same problem. I tried even with a gamepad to see if I could rotate the arm. Only after reading this post I could pass. Taping F solved the problem.

In XBOX controller, the arm can be turned by rotating the LT stick.

I know im late to the party, but i figured out why it wasnt working for me. I went into the files and uncapped the fps before i started a new story. I get to this part dosent work. So of course i used rivatuner and capped the fps to 62 (the default) it works now lol REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
