A: Go to the in-game menu and select Fullscreen there, it'll add borders to keep the aspect ratio.
Q: Where's the Quit button when fullscreen?
A: Seems Alt+F4 or closing the window when windowed mode, is the only way to quit right now. A proper quit button will be added in an upcoming patch.
A: Yes, it's on the dev's website. WARNING: Figuring out how to use glyphs, classes etc. is part of the fun. Don't just look everything up.

That is quite the oversight. I won't hate the game for not having an exit button (or resolution options), but that should be a given in a full fledged release.
A: Click 'Play Now' via the game's Store page. Devs are aware of issue and working on it.
Apparently, Desktop Dungeons works with Steam in Wine for Linux. A proper Linux version is planned, as far as I know.
Numbers 1-6 trigger each invetory slot, and each glyph has a special key assigned to them also .
You can use Shift to assign new Hotkeys on glyphs as far as I know, though I don't think they stay permanent.
Don't think there's a conversion button... not sure though.
Thanks for having this scenario already planed for!
I would suggest making it possible to rename your kingdoms from the edit your kingdom page. That way you could put a suffix on the end of conflicting kingdoms.
