Seen a massive example of Grip cheats this evening a member by the name of JPSpecial gets away from the starting grid massively quickly, very quick round tight twisty sections, example of this Russia, Im not slow on Russia, I was doing 1:38.8's he is doing 1:35.5s.
I suggest you avoid this driver or kick him at the eariest possible.

So far these people who use grip hacks:
Stay Away - Appears randomly infront of everyone...
JPSpecial - Grip cheat = gets away from start much faster quicker in tight corners 2 seconds faster final sector in Russia. (1:35'5s 5 lap race)

how do u know he cheats. maybe he uses TC and you dont.

I drive with no TC no ABS... thats more than no TC.

No I have used TC on medium high ect... no not that.. definetly and does account for that amount of time difference.

No its a grip cheat. Sethioz already hacked the game for grip and weight reduction hes probably using both.

Sorry to report another has joined the ranks of hackers, Same cheat grip or what ever it is, 1:35's round japan... came flying past me out the hair pin in Quli doing 1:33.9's to everyone elses 37's was sat next to him on the grid p2, flew off the line too fast for anything else but a cheat.

Hm can't tell just from reading that, but maybe it's because he has a wheel, too?

Wheels give you an unfair advantage, because the maximum amount of steering is improved. A lot of corners you can just drive a lot faster than with a controller.

Another sign of terrible game design.

I have a wheel also.
Nothing to do a wheel either.. its most definetly a hack I have had it confirmed from other sources and other people. And Codemasters know and they probably will do F all about it.
Wheels yes will give you an advantage... but not a 3 second advantage and upwards.

Cheaters always win, that's the whole point to cheating is to win. And winners may not cheat but they bend the rules enough to almost be classed as cheating. Your statment is flawed.


As for grip cheats, ehh. It's the sad part about online games that aren't really monitored. About the best you can do is come here and post as you did. Sadly he will probably not recieve a ban and will continue to ruin good folks online play. You could try reporting him to Steam, I doubt they will do anything but cheating on Steam is grounds to have a ban on your account.

Will keep an eye out for him though, thanks for the heads up.
