Force Feedback randomly jerking on straight-aways
I've got a forza fanatec csr wheel and the force feedback works but it keeps jerking like convulsing driving in a straight line - i tried messing with it and vsync and now the FF is off?

Last time i used a G27 this problem comes from the refreshrate. The max refresh rate for a G27 is 100Hz. If you go over 100Hz then you get this weird FFB. I suggest to reduce the Framerate in your case and vsync on. F1 2013 has the same problem.

Yes. Search in the graphic options. One hint: If you play in window mode, the option is not diplayed because the game uses the refresh rate from the desktop. So if you play in window mode then reduce the refresh rate of the desktop or switch to full screen and change it in F1 2014.

only way i fixed it is by starting the wheel up after the game started and messing with the control settings but it works great now!

thanks mate, between Assetto corsa and race room, im enjoying driving games quite a bit, i've got the fanatec v2 base on order

spoke too soon, now my f1 ride is stuck, i tried steering wheel over ride, setting it to fanatec and custom - it reads my inputs but the brakes are locked - awesome.

going to try combining the pedals

Definitely a game flaw, my wheel has the same problem. It's virtually unplayable that way.

There's a driver setting for me which fixes THAT issue, but it has bad impact on the steering itself. It's the setting responsible for the wheel going back to standard position. If it's set to "let game handle it" it has this horrible behaviour.

This game is just poorly optimized, and developers are too lazy to fix simple stuff..top 10 drivers being able to change tires after qualifying for example. That's just horrible.

I really hope you make usable wheel support for the 2015 game! Plenty of people in our league have a wheel and everyone says it sucks and everyone is better with a controller.

im using the clutch pedal as my brake since now it slams the brake pedal (only on f1)
still hit n miss when evreything works, with AC no issues
