Can only change between 2 models

I've tried everything from pressing Q and M to using my mouse and adding models in the settings but when I try to change to the models It just changes to 1 of the 2 models that I am stuck on

Hi there! Sorry to hear you're having trouble switching between girls. Let me help you with that:
If you're in Desktop mode:
Look for the model list on the left side of the girl
You can directly click to switch between different models

If you're in Game mode:
Try pressing the "4" key (you should see this key prompt at the top)
This should bring up a list with hundreds of girl models to choose from

If you're still only seeing 2 models, Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you're seeing? That way I can help identify exactly what's causing this limitation and guide you to a solution. Feel free to add me as a friend and send the screenshot - I'll be happy to take a look!
