Some runes are related to the days of the week. Tyr runes drop most commonly on Tuesdays, and have a significantly reduced drop rate otherwise.

I was also looking to trade have some rare runes my self I think I have 2 ymir rune 1 odin rune 2 sif rune 2 loki rune 4 moon rune .I need 3 tyr rune and 3 serpent rune

@Lloyd2k I could help you out with Serpent runes, just hit me up in game. As for Tyr runes, best chance is to try the trade channel and offer up some blessings in exchange. (I'd hang on to the Loki runes, as a lot of chars can use that blessing. You will need the recipe to drop from Loki first. I'd be willing to trade the recipe for one Loki rune tho.)

Odin, Thor, Tyr, and Zod are the rarest rune drops from the game, plus the raid rune. The more common Doop and Loki runes are still in pretty high demand, because you use them for a lot of chars.
