Nope, its real. Its just very early on and has no real Game Play yet as it has no AI or Damage for Skills. Just a few Heroes that can run around a few Maps.

im on the discord for the emulator it progresses steadily don't expect it to be ready and fully functional any time soon but the people that work on it do a great job to bring the game back.
it will be back but don't expect it to be less than a year or two.
we already had discussions with other people in the discord that when its ready we will open a server our self's to make sure that random people don't take advantage of the emulator when it gets released and start charging people mtx and keep everything as it was and free for the fans of the game.
