own anything in MHO,You just paid for a licence to access the IP,so good luck with that.
Next time try reading he EULA.
You are defedning there actions lmfao what a loser
I hate the game ended as much as you but none of these purchases where promised to last X amount of time. Just the lifespan od the game, which they did. So all these "wheres my refund for stuff I bought 6 months ago" post are outright laughable
How about those of us that had bought G's before the announcement and it all just rotted. At the very least any G's you had in your account should have been converted to a refund. I don't expect them to refund my bad ass Hulk Buster costume that I bought ages ago, I used it and got plenty of enjoyment out of it. but having currency on the account and it just poofs gone bahbye.. no, that is pretty damn close to theft if you ask me.
We DID NOT get what we paid for..We did not intend on buying a game only to see it UNAVAILABLE to play ...within ANY "time frame!!"
There was no agreement .anywhere{from us}..in which we would pay for this game only to see it END !!
If..IN FACT..the game would have been advertised and sold with "such an aggreement"..I amongst .many others would NEVER have purchased the "license rights'{as you put it}..in the first place
With that being said...WE are OWED a REFUND for the purchase of a game that DOES NOT EXIST !!
No. We aren't. All EULA that you agree to by launching the game (and clicking the agree button), for online games state that any money spent is to access the items offered only during their window of availablity and that the window can close at any time.
You can't sue them over terms you agreed to by playing.
It was not ever required to purchase the game or purchase any of the content or extras to have the ability to play the game.
You've never had a game "sunset" on you before have you. lol...no...apparently NOT! When you purchase currency, you do so at your own risk. The EULA states this clearly. I felt the same way the first time one "sunset" on me. Get over it and move on. Try spending 1500 bucks on something like "Lord of Ultima" for one world, take second place, then have it sunset. You learn your lesson that a FREE to play game is exactly that. Anything you purchase is all on you. Nobody is defending them, just saying you are WAY off base, and acting like a spoiled child. You just ain't gonna' get what you want. Deal with it and move on.
