Is this game still playable?

I'm still getting updates for this game but it seems like the game is not working. Are the servers actually down or have they come back up? We finally get proton for linux users and now I can't even try the game. 8\

@arco.roman, Thanks for the update, and I did just look at what this person has in mind, seems like an "ultimate marvel heroes omega" supporter, since they are trying to see if they can "re-launch" the 2.0 version of the game but with better graphics. This was basicly the best game steam ever had (for all Marvel fans)...despite the fact we would give everything to get it back, no chance this game is comeing back any soon unless some company bought gazillion resources and is realy into remakeing it and truly guys i doubt anyone will do that. No offense to anyone but playerbase thats interested in games like this is too small, people are more into braindead games like these battle royal modes, basicly there is none company anymore thats going with some unique game on them own like this was. This game had HUGE potentional, we can only wish that someone in next 20 years gonna be smart enaff to continue where the game left, and make true OMEGA what we are promised to get that day before 3 years.

So sad, as i too was looking forwards to that project to maybe "actually" become something, when it is really not going to become anything at all.

It was a nice try, but not so nice by the project director itself, as they had everyone's hopes up for the game to maybe come back, when all they did was mislead us all to something that is really not truth at all, when it comes to the title of the project that says: Marvel Heroes Omega 2.0 (second version).

I am really sad, that this did not go anywhere.

Why Everytime someone has an idea to save the game the plan is ruined?

I created the project on kickstarter of marvel heroes omega 2.0, I was not blocked or told to delete it I did because I did not plan well the steps of the campaign, so I removed it and now I'm doing groups on twitter and on facebook where I collected feedback and advice in order to improve the game create a cumunity that when the final campaign comes out will make the project circulate or sharper. this phase will last about 4 months if I find helpers or even 6 months
