Marvel Heroes has come to an end. What was some of your favorite things about MH?

What was your first Hero, Some of your favorite Heroes, and your All time Favorite Hero? What were some of your favorite areas of the game? And how did you go out with a Bang for the End of Marvel Heroes?

Starter hero was SW followed by Thing. The game was very different before eternity splinters. It was so much fun watching it grow over the years and expand the roster in so many ways.

My favourite thing was how they gave us an offline mode as well as local hosting so that we can still play the game decades from now even though that cost them some revenue from micro transactions.

...oh. wait. I'm confusing MH with diablo2, grim dawn, titan quest, van helsing and torchlight, amongst others. marvel heroes will never be played by anyone, ever agaain.

god, I hate online-only games.

I'd say intensity in fight and the fact there's no real end to this game always something to try or experiment with your favorite characters.
Like yesterday i was trying to enhance Psylocke brutal strike until all became dark.

Ironman even if he was never really top tier at this game, my first hero at game was thor who became really good after the bue.

So, as Microsoft and Sony are refunding money to players that used their equipment to play Omega, are players that used Steam to be refunded?

My favorite hero was Storm, she was also my first hero. I have always really liked that strong woman, that could control lightning. She was my favorite X-man, when I read those comics back in the 80's.

the first one was Thor, also the only one i've done all prestige level. I really liked him
the last one was Beast, don't think i have an abolute favorite, sometimes Thor or Storm as range

my first, all-the-time and favoruite hero was Rogue - i started playing because of the possibility to play as her. Has always been a big fan of her and the X-Men since early childhood. I loved stealing everyone's powers and having fun with them. I really hoped that, until the end of the game, Rogue could get her X-Men Legacy costume or at least some new costume. I also hoped that Blink, Elixir, Pixie, Dazzler, Cloak & Dagger and Blindfold could make it in to the game as playable characters or team-ups.

my favoruite locations were X-Mansion and Asgard (especially the rainbow bridge). The whole Avengers' Tower and Midtown area was very nice on Christmas of 2016, i loved it. The Doop Sector and Muspelheim were cool too.

for me the game ended unexpectedly - i was buying some costumes and suddenly the servers shut down. Since the game didn't end on Friday, 24th of November, i hoped that the servers would stay until 31st of December, even though many people said that it would end as soon as possible. I wasn't there when many people took last group photo on the Rainbow Bridge and everyone who played X-Men characters took a photo in X-Mansion. Wish i've been there then, but my timezone is too different from most of the players that were there, i guess. But i'm glad i could be on one of the last Axis raids - it was messy, but we had a lot of fun in there. Also participated in a couple of last X-Defenses, we managed to get to wave 59, was just a bit left to get to wave 60.

even though this game was not my most favoruite and sometimes i felt bored from endless farming and leveling, i loved the game a lot and i'll remember some moments. I'm still going to hope that one day the game will somehow return. There are still petitions to sign, so there is hope. Don't give up on the game yet - we can still save it.

scarlet witch before the omega update, reminded me of the elf mage in lineage 2 somehow

My first hero was Human torch, i choosed him by mistake and i really disliked him.
Then i opened my first box for a random hero and i got Spiderman, the one i really wanted!
He was very fun and my main hero.

Next in my favorite heroes were Deadpool (and Zenpool when available), Doctor Doom and Gambit as Death. I will miss them.

Been playing since PC came out. Hulk was the only hero I played. Sucks all that work is gone.

My main was Elektra, mostly because I liked her on TV and her full movement build was fun. She was the only one I got to Prestige 60.

Scarlet Witch and Loki were next, and then various others -- Ghost Rider, Moon Knight, Daredevil, etc.
