Report a translation problem
I had the same problem but I figured out a method to get past this part. The character runs the same speed whether you're running forward or strafing. Focus your camera on the light in the distance as you strafe through the pathways. This lets you see where there are gaps and with enough practice you'll be able to get through this part. I had to do this for my daughter so she could see the rest of the game.
I tried different fixes, including using a Vulkan wrap for D3D12 but it didn't work for me.
