It was broken for some people until recently i think. did this twice the night this came out and nothing.

You have to play Lumber Lass inside Penny's dream on "Saturday?" until the screens fills with fog

You don't actually have to PLAY Lumber Lass, just be on the Lumber Lass screen for a certain amount of time. I ALT+TAB'd out for a while and when I checked back the fog had appeared.

The last comment in this thread is a lie, you DO have to play the game in order to get the achievement. Do not waste 20 minutes like I did. For reference I played until I had 1 million logs. You also have to wait until the fog appears.
