Mine Code

I came across a door in the mines that needs a code to open it. It says to mine ore or kill monsters to find the code. Well I've emptied the mine of all ores and have gone back and killed the monster respawns the next day and not a single number or hint of a code. Does it just take a long time to find? Do the ores at least respawn eventually?

Hey, it takes a few days to find that code, you can't find it in a single day even if you've cleared everything in the mine. Ores respawn every 2-3 days. Don't stress about it, you'll find it!

I found it so it is there, just kill and mine everything :)

so i found it and accidentally clicked it away without writing it down. its been six in game days and it hasn't popped back up again. has anyone had the code appear a second time or is it written down somewhere i have missed?

Hey, it is saved in your Journal. Press J and filter with Q and E to see your collected Letters. The code should be there.
