Campaign Mode 31-35
I have played through the single player campaign mode as far as it'll let me (1-30). On the right hand side of the level select screen, there are five more (31-35) but it won't let me play them. Is there something to unlock? Not sure what I'm missing.

go to the in-game shop and unlock them

The in-game shop is located in the Main Menu -> Customise -> Shop.
