Local + Online multiplayer

I was wondering, is it possible to play this game with local and online multiplayer at the same time?

I usually play this game local with 2 players, and we add 2 AI teams to fill the 4 players.
But now that i have more friends to play, i tried the online multiplayer for the first time, and at first glance it seems i can only add and control one team from my own account into an online match, and the other 3 spots can only be filled by other steam users.

Ideally i wanted to be able to add 2 different teams from my account, so i can have 2 people play from my computer, and then the remaining 2 spots would be used by my steam friends. Is there any way to do that?
