How to use the scanner?

It says to scan the ticket, which I assume is to fulfillment label but it doesnt do anything. I have a feeling im just using it incorrectly.

Hey me, I figured it out.

You have to take the ticket order and hang it on the metal thing right to the computer screen. Youll see it highlighted in orange same as you would with the shipping label and tape. Then you can scan it with the scanner :)

I find the flashlight more useful though. Good luck, me.
