Stuck on bad ending SPOILER WARNING

So i've been playing for 7-8h and hit the Orihime bad ending. I went back like over 7-8 saves (around the end of february) and tried all different choices but i keep getting back to that ending. I did all i could to avoid talking to her

What am i doing wrong, is it pre determined way earlier of the game or bugged? I've tried to wrap my head around it for over 2h and start to get demotivated to continue the game.

Litterally just had the same thing happen to me, looked at a guide and I didn't do one thing in a specific moment. That's just how the game seems to be unfortunately, there are a lot of moments where you can screw up and end up in a bad ending.

Per chance would you know the specific moment to avoid that ending or do you have a link to the guide? I kinda know what needs to happen to continue but like i said, i tried for over 2h and i'm still stuck.

Start under the Orihime tab, if you don't scroll too much you won't get spoiled. I just got myself unblocked for that part (Bad ending A) and didn't use it again. I was stuck on Deciphering the text from the poem

Hi i am also having this issue except by using a guide i can't even get past the 15th of March what exactly am i doing wrong is the game bugged or is it just me? Thanks

The Steam version of all 3 games has been heavily butchered in terms of content and routes. It's virtually impossible to progress beyond a few bad endings. You either need to download the patch files or buy from GoG as it has the uncensored version the trilogy.
