Thoughts on the game?

I'm pretty interested in this game, though it seems to have gotten mixed reviews around, so I was wondering what people who bought it here thought about it! I usually see one of the main complaints being repetitive gameplay which, while it can suck, I can usually stick through Musou-type games just fine and those are literally the exact same game every time, so I don't think it would be a big issue for me. The story seems interesting and I really like the way the game looks, artstyle-wise, so those are pretty big positive factors for me. The thing that sets me off the most is full price for a franchise I've only just heard about and with seemingly no key options online, but if enough people would recommend the game, I'd probably still give it a shot.
What are your thoughts, people? I'd love to hear!

Good budget game, but short and overpriced (not worth the asking price at all IMO, and I love the game)

Sounds like it's just Crystar, but they replaced all the chunni stuff with Nier Automata references

The game isn't a dungeon crawler though, this game is more like a sound novel with 20% action RPG gameplay, a.k.a you beat bosses in arenas.
