finished the 3 normal missions and trying to the the first bonus mission but somehow the creeper is so fast i can barely put my ships out before i get overwhelmed. I place the mothership first, then all generators while collecting the kirkium. Then i build the miner to mine the kirkium on the other spot and the coilship for the phantoms. at this point the creeper is already loose, i can maybe build 1-2 gunships and 4 defenders but thats just not enough to hold it back. Rate of Fire and range work immediately, and rather obviously. Energy generation is a bit nebulous and I'm not really able to confirm if it works. But speed... seems to be either so miniscule as to not make a difference or I cannot see how it changes anything. Is it working?...
